Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
  • All returns require pre-approval by our support team.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items returned without pre-approval or after 7 days.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.
  • Final sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable products.
  • Returns due to incorrect address, customs refusal, or delivery rejection.
  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier but not received (please contact carrier).

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are accepted if the requested size is available.
  • If no suitable size is available, store credit may be issued for future use.
  • Change-of-mind exchanges or returns are not accepted.
  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with a photo within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for out-of-stock items or approved cases.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed more than 15 business days after approval, please contact our support.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  3. Pack items securely with original labels and order number.
  4. Ship the item to the return address below. Do not send unapproved returns.

Customs & International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
  • No refunds for returns caused by refusal to pay duties or clear customs.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once shipped from Korea.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
