How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from Korea. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • FedEx/UPS Express: 3-7 business days (processing + transit)
  • K-Packet (Economy): 10-20 business days

Processing time is typically 3-5 business days before shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Korea. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Some remote areas may have additional surcharges applied by the carrier.

Can you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Skin Seoul Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country. These fees vary by destination and are not included in our prices.

What about EU orders and VAT?

For EU customers, we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system. VAT is collected at checkout, which helps speed up customs clearance and delivery.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs?

If your package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to accept delivery, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure you’re prepared to pay any applicable fees.

Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and access exclusive offers.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you may see a notification or waitlist option.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. All skincare products are final sale due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, all products sold on Skin Seoul Shop are 100% authentic Korean skincare and beauty products sourced directly from Korea.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
