- We directly ship all our products from South Korea to ensure authenticity and product quality. Some Empress Korea products may be shipped from the USA.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item and your delivery country. You can view accurate rates on the cart page before checkout.
When will my order arrive?
– Post Office Economy: 8 to 16 business days
– FedEx / UPS: 2 to 5 business days (after processing)
Note: Empress Korea products may take up to 7 days to produce before shipping. Shipping to the U.S. takes approximately 7 days, and 14 days to other countries.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. Use the tracking number provided to check delivery status online.
What happens if my package is missing, stolen, or damaged?
We are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows “delivered” but the item was not received, please file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
Failed delivery attempt. Why it happens and what to do?
A failed delivery attempt occurs when the courier cannot deliver your package. Common reasons include:
- No one was available at the delivery address.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- The courier was unable to access the property.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for failed delivery attempts.
Refunds & Returns
How can I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If an item is out of stock, we may issue store credit equal to the purchase value, in USD, at a favorable exchange rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world.
How long does it take to return an item?
Return times depend on the shipping method you use. Once we receive the item, we aim to process refunds within 3 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Change-of-mind returns are not allowed. Items must be returned within 7 days, unused, and in original packaging. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for return or exchange.

Why is checkout in USD?
We are a South Korean company and process all orders in USD as per company policy. Your cart may show prices in your local currency, but the final checkout will be in USD based on the current exchange rate.
