Romand Lip Matter is a multi-purpose product that instantly mattifies any lipstick formula without that dryness feeling!
Formulated with nourishing ingredients extracts such as avocado, coconut seed and mango butter, it be used as a moisturizing lip base, or as a top coat for a blurred, matte finish.
How to use
As Lip Base: Take a small amount of content, evenly apply over lips and dap gently. Then apply the desired lip product for silky application.
As Lip Top Coat: Dispense a small amount of content and evenly apply over lipstick. Dap gently for the gorgeous matte finish.
