Dr.Different Scaling Toner for Oily Skin 200ml
A slightly acidic pH 4.5 scaling toner that maintains skin pH balance for oily skin that is concerned about sebum and shine.
Salicylic acid, which penetrates into the sebaceous glands and is effective in exfoliating the pores, and Wintergreen Ext and Willowbark Ext, which have a high salicylic acid content, are added to provide an excellent pore scaling effect and help with pore care.
It is a pH-balanced toner with a slightly acidic formula of pH 4.5 that normalizes skin pH raised by cleansing and the surrounding environment and helps protect the skin barrier.
Prevents irritated skin by removing unnecessary dead skin cells and taking care of sebum.
