Als Richtlinie sollten zwei Fingerlängen (Zeige- und Mittelfinger) Sonnencreme für den Hals verwendet werden.
Um den vollen Schutz der Sonnencreme aufrechtzuerhalten, sollte der Sonnenschutz bei starker UV-Strahlung ca. alle 3 Stunden aufgetragen werden.
- Sonnenschutz ist absolut der wichtigste Bestandteil einer Hautpflegeroutine. Wir können die neuesten Technologien und Inhaltsstoffe verwenden, wenn wir uns nicht jeden Tag vor der Sonne schützen, hilft uns die beste Pflege nicht.
- Die Sonne ist der Teil unseres Alltags, der unsere Haut am meisten schädigt, sie altern lässt und Hautprobleme verursacht. Sie ist verantwortlich für Irritationen (Sonnenbrand), Pigmentierung und Dehydration. Besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass die UV-Exposition von Jahr zu Jahr stärker wird, ist es am wichtigsten, die Haut entsprechend zu schützen. Gerade das Gesicht bekommt im Alltag oft am meisten Sonne ab.
- Der „Mobitherapy UV Sun Shield“ wurde zu diesem Zweck entwickelt, um der Haut den Schutz zu bieten, den sie benötigt. Dieser Schutz kombiniert folgende Hauptkomponenten:
- Sudachi – eine Zitrusfrucht mit hohem Vitamin-C-Gehalt, die Pigmentierung vorbeugt, antioxidativ wirkt und vor Sonnenschäden schützt. Niacinamid – hellt dunkle Haut auf, reduziert die Melaninproduktion und beugt so zukünftiger Pigmentierung vor. Titandioxid – UV-Schutz, der für empfindliche Haut und sogar Kinder geeignet ist. Wichtig für einen Sonnenschutz ist, dass er vor UVA- UND UVB-Strahlen schützt. Dieser Sonnenschutz deckt das gesamte Spektrum ab.
- SPF 50 gegen UVB-Strahlen (diese verursachen hauptsächlich Sonnenbrand) PA ++++ gegen UVA-Strahlen (diese beschleunigen den Alterungsprozess). Sonnencremes neigen dazu, schwer und fettig zu sein, aber diese ist leicht, zieht schnell ein, ist für Körper und Gesicht geeignet und kann auch problemlos unter Make-up verwendet werden.
