General Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our support team.
  • Refunds are not accepted except when the item is out of stock.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be shipped back in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • In the event of a dispute, skinseoulshop.com’s decision shall be final.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed. If no size fits, we offer store credit for your next purchase.
  • The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order after returning the original item.
  • We do not accept COD returns or change-of-mind exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 7 days.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, missing tags, or incomplete.
  • Final sale, clearance, or discount products.
  • Returns due to incorrect addresses, refusal of receipt, or customs clearance issues.
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer (file claim with carrier).

Customs & Shipping Responsibilities

  • We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be provided.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave Korea.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for out-of-stock items or approved return cases.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Provide your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Pack your item in its original packaging with tags. Include your order number in the package.
  3. Ship it after receiving approval. Do not send items back without pre-approval.
  4. Once approved, you may receive store credit for your next order.
